The Personality Series: The Siren Tribe
Introduction
Before I dive into this, I want to give people an idea of what this series will be. Basically, I will take a fun little personality quiz online, usually through YouTube. Then, I will write a short story or scene based on the result, regardless of my opinion on whether or not the answer actually seems to describe me or not. A pretty basic concept so let's get into it.
Quiz: What's Your Tribe Among Magical Creatures? by the channel Bright Side on YouTube.

Result: Siren
The lyrics in this story are from "Ways to be Wicked" from Disney Channel's Descendants 2
Story:
We were on lunch period when the four of us sprung our trap. Sat at a table in the middle of the school's courtyard, we were in the perfect position for our voices to fill the area. That was why we picked the spot.
"We got all the ways to be W-I-C-K-E-D. We got all the ways to be W-I-C-K-E-D."
We didn't really need to look to know that the atmosphere of the courtyard had shifted. Chaotic energy filled the air as those listening fell under our spell. The tension rose as our "audience" waited for the beat to drop. Spinning around, I tipped the scales.
"C'mon!" The students began chanting as I and the others began to walk out into different areas of the courtyard. They banged their fists and food trays on tables as I raised my hands in the air in time to the beat. Food and homework materials flew off the tables as Janice, the tribe leader, walked over to me and took over the song.
"Crashin' the party, guess they lost my invitation. Friendly reminder got my own kinda persuasion" She ran a finger under the chin of some guy that she fancied. Under the song's power, he could do nothing but follow her as I took over.
"Looks like this place could use a bit of misbehavior. Happily ever after with a little flavor" I jump onto a table as I sing. Those at the table spun around, throwing lunch trays and other stuff away from the table, showering debris on those nearby.
"Bad to the bone, with even worse intentions. We're gonna steal the show and leave 'em all defenseless." As Jeremy sang, he shoved a jock into someone and stole their wallet, walking away as the controlled students began brawling on the floor.
"A fairy tale life can be oh-so overrated. So raise your voices and let's get it activated." Jenny was on the opposite side of the courtyard from me. At her command, the students began to join us in the chorus. A funny thing about the siren song; the siren themselves doesn't have to be the only one singing as long as they started the song. Anyone singing with us will carry the magic into their own part of the song. This means that as long as the song goes on and more students join in, the range of our magic is pretty much unlimited.
"Long live havin' some fun. We take what we want. There's so many ways to be wicked." As all four of us take positions in the four corners of the courtyard, every student in the courtyard sings the chorus and it sounds amazing. We know our song is loud and that students inside the buildings around the courtyard can now hear it. Windows are thrown open and I can somehow feel the music expanding as the second part of the chorus begins.
"With us, evil lives on the right side of wrong. There's so many ways to be wicked" Our enchanted music creates its own instrumentals to keep the song going, filling the air with the beat of our song. Students inside the hallways and classrooms now filled with our song wreak havoc as we move out of the courtyard, each of the four of us going to different areas of the school.
"This time the dark is finally getting your attention." I can see the others through the song, watching them move about the school. Everyone had their own agendas and goals in this. Janice wanted to test the limits of our powers, looking to see how powerful her tribe truly could be. I watched as the literal magic of the school warped to her demands, the lights in the hall going out as she walked along.
"We're wicked by the book and class is back in session." Jenny had a specific class and teacher she really hated. I saw her enter the class specifically to do as much mischief as she could. The students began destroying everything in the room while the teacher erased every grade he had given in his class.
"You like it? Steal it. Gotta beat 'em to the treasure." Jeremy had invaded the school office, going after anything he could find that seemed valuable. I knew he was looking for where to find the money that students gave to the cafeteria. But he also seemed to realize that there were some important files he could steal and sell to other people later.
"A right of passage- bad just doesn't get much better." I was pretty basic by comparison. I just wanted to see what chaos I could cause. I entered the gym where I knew a P.E. class was taking place. I wanted to see what people's impulses and desires would make them do, so I let the influence of the song guide their actions. Some danced, some sang, some got into fights, and some simply destroyed stuff.
"Long live havin' some fun. We take what we want. There's so many ways to be wicked. With us, evil lives on the right side of wrong. There's so many ways to be wicked." With all the new students, our power grows to new levels that none of us could've imagined. The skies of the school, usually kept clear and sunny by the school's magic, now turn dark and stormy to match our home. But something is starting to feel off.
You put your heart and soul into music. Everything you love and everything you hate goes into it. This is fine in a usual siren song, but this song is starting to grow powerful. Suddenly, our personal lives are being projected by music.
"Mother always knows best." We can see a memory of Janice's mother ordering her to take control of the tribe and force us to do her bidding by any means possible.
"Show her, pass every test." We can see Jenny being forced to prove herself to Janice to be accepted into the tribe, even though she isn't even sure if she wants to be in the tribe or just have people around who understand her.
"Hear her voice in my head." A memory of Janice mentally bullying and controlling me to force me to do what she wants, taking advantage of her abilities as tribe leader to humiliate me into submission to her.
"Evil is the only real way to live." Jeremy's drive to steal everything he can because he has to support himself financially to attend school here and Janice takes advantage of that knowledge.
"Long live havin' some fun. We take what we want. There's so many ways to be wicked. With us, evil lives on. The right side of wrong. There's so many ways to be wicked." We can't challenge the tribal leader, regardless of how we feel. So we turn our malice into the song and the other students. The chaos stops being fun as the students' actions become darker.
"Cruel and unusual." Jenny uses the power of the song to coerce a girl into destroying what looks to be her personal diary. Apparently, Jenny has just been jealous of how the girl has such a simple life free of anything serious and wants to hurt her.
"We're taking control." Jeremy uses the song to force the principal's secretary into letting him into the principal's office. He sits in the principal's chair with his legs up on the desk and arms behind his head.
"There's so many ways to be wicked." Janice causes an explosion of air inside the library, obliterating the windows and destroying the room and its contents.
"With us evil lives on the right side of wrong. There's so many ways to be wicked." I stand in the middle of the gym as students cause chaos around me.
"I think that's enough." The voice is quiet and calm. And yet, the song and the magic are cut off with a searing white light that seems to cut through my head. Every student that was once under our control passes out as I grip my head. I know that voice and I am immediately terrified. The principal is a lot stronger than we thought.
